More options exist (train and bus) for those who would like to spend some time in Porto (http://www.porto-tourism.com/) before or after heading to Viana.

We will consider organizing a shuttle service between Porto Airport and Viana do Castelo (and return) depending on the number of participants and arrival (departure) dates and times. If you are willing to consider this possibility please let us know your expected arrival (departure) dates and time (and flight number and origin airport) as soon as possible before Monday June 15 (at 23:59 CET).

Vigo Airport in Galicia, Spain, is another option to flight to. It is also around one hour drive to Viana do Castelo.
